Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-12 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 2pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
All sales are final. Items are eligible for exchange in the event of manufacturer defect. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
